When I started training with Sarah I had minimal fitness - only walking and an odd jog here or there. I started sessions twice-weekly in April 2010, and absolutely love it! Sarah is professional, warm, encouraging and is genuinely motivated to help you reach your personal fitness goals, whatever they might be. In September 2010, only 5 months after starting training with Sarah, I completed my first half marathon! Sarah works hard to make sure two sessions are never the same, the sessions are in beautiful locations, and working long hours, it's refreshing to work-out at the beach or in a beautiful park. I couldn't recommend Sarah & Jump PT highly enough.
