When I started training with Sarah I had minimal fitness - only walking and an odd jog here or there. I started sessions twice-weekly in April 2010, and absolutely love it! Sarah is professional, warm, encouraging and is genuinely motivated to help you reach your personal fitness goals, whatever they might be. In September 2010, only 5 months after starting training with Sarah, I completed my first half marathon! Sarah works hard to make sure two sessions are never the same, the sessions are in beautiful locations, and working long hours, it's refreshing to work-out at the beach or in a beautiful park. I have been training with Sarah for 3 months and feel great! I started out not having done much exercise in years, to very quickly building up fitness and strength, was really surprised how fast this happened! My goals were to improve on my fitness and to lose some unwanted kilos that became harder to shift now I’m in my thirties! Have achieved both!! The sessions are always lots of fun. They are a great way to unwind at the end of the day and I always feel great after sessions with Sarah. I have been training with Sarah 1-on-1 for over 13 months now and went from someone who exercised sporadically and was out of breath at 100 metres, to training 3-4 times a week, took part in both the 2011 City2Surf and the 2011 Blackmores Half Marathon. I never expected in a million years I would have run a half marathon, I am now so pumped I am looking to do another.
